CEO and Managing Director of Inclusive Environments
Gillian, is the Co Director of Inclusive Environments Limited and a Chartered
Architect, Workplace Strategist and Change Consultant. She has worked primarily
within the workplace sector, leading transformation projects for global,
national and local organisations.
Gillian enables adaptive change and developing
strategies that align with organisational values and culture. Creating
inclusive cultures, healthy and inspiring workplaces where people feel
comfortable in body and mind, that support learning and personal development.
